A Processing fee of Rs 2 lOO/needs to be paid onlinc (or) fund tranul‘crrcd
to the bank account given below. No application fee for SC/ST/PWD/Womcn candidates.
1. Account name: FA&CAO/lCF
2. Account No: 05680210000328 3. Bank Name: UCO Bank/[CF Colony/Chennai 4. IFSC code: UCBA0000568
Using the application number generated, the candidate needs to login uninx Password as dob in “mm/dd” format.
The application generated needs to be downloaded and printed.
One Passpon size photo should be pasted in the application in the space provided.
Signature where required need to be affixed. Signature if in CAPITAL letters will disqualify the candidate.
